Bradford brings decades of commercial real estate sector knowledge and experience to each assignment. Appraisal assignments have involved all real estate asset classes including raw and subdivided land, office buildings, retail centres, industrial properties, multifamily residential projects and other special use property e.g. places of worship, seniors accommodation of various kinds and healthcare facilities.
Bradford clients include all levels of government, financial institutions, pension funds, publicly accountable entities such as MICs and REITs, legal and accounting firms, institutional and private investors and intermediaries. Services include: single asset and portfolio valuations, expert witness testimony, litigation support and arbitration hearings, assessment consulting and feasibility studies. Geographically, assignments have been completed on properties situated across Canada.
Credentials
Brad Wagar currently holds provincial and national credentials. These credentials include membership, designations and a fellowship of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (“AIC”). Previous affiliations include being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“RICS”), serving as a member of the User Advisory Committee of the Accounting Standards Board of Canada (“AcSB”) and serving as founding Chair of the Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee.
Bradford is licensed in Alberta as a real estate brokerage under the authority of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (“RECA”).
